Ruta del Sol

Ruta del Sol (Ungated) is a rural development nestled in the mountains just minutes from the beach of Playa Pitahaya. With 112 lots, some offer amazing views of the sea or the mountains. Each lot can range 2 or more acres.  This project has a community clubhouse with a lagoon swimming pool and BBQ picnic area.   The development is abounded by lush nature, rivers and lots of wildlife with an ungated gravel entrance.  Electricity, water, and satellite internet are available. The community also has an inexpensive homeowners association fee of $500 per year that supports the maintenance of the gravel roads and pool.
